Georgia: C1 ‘VINTG58‘
Georgia only allows up to 7 characters, it looks like some of these plates in other states can have 10. I’m jealous, that gives a lot more choices.

New York, West Virginia and North Carolina are the only states that officially allow 8 characters. There are claims of 8 in other states, officially, but not a standard procedure. Penna for 1.
Some people get enthisastic while typing and add more.
When confronted usually never reply. Some pictures are photoized with more than allowed or what appears to be larger characters than normally appear on a plate.
