Quick intro
The car was not original when purchased in 65. The original owner had replaced the powerglide with a 3 speed manual, converted to 12 volt, cut a hole in the hood for a fake hood scoop, and for some reason enlarged the hole for the radio (no radio when purchased).
The block has been replaced a few times, do not know what the id# is now, will know on Thursday.
The plan is to drive it and enjoy it. It will never be more than a fun toy.
The hubcaps are not original but look good to me. ( I am sure they will drive the purists nuts
). The interior is complete and all redone, just needs to be installed in the car. Will post pics soon.

Being a Miamian I just got back from watching the Dolphin game and am still in shock!
The car will be fun. It holds fantastic memories from my childhood.

Good luck with your 54. It will be nice to see one that is driven and enjoyed.
Remember, it is what ever floats your boat when it comes to most things in life

Don't forget to post the photos so we can all enjoy it too.
Have a great day
