C2 electical issues

C2 electical issues
My 67 big block has a couple of electrical problems. When the indicators are opperated and also the brake pedal, this causes the head lights,dash lights and the radio/cd player to loose power......?This has been on going intermititently for a couple of years.
Recently the charging system has failed....the alternator and regulator have been checked and set however there must be something else causing the problem.Does the horn relay have anything to do with this circuit?.......thanks in advance for any assistance.

the bulk head connector on the fire wall is failing. do a search and you will find a answer to fix it

thanks.......not to smart when it comes to trying to find things but tried a search and found a little info on an early c3 problem...however I have removed the 2 plugs to the bulk head connector,are there other contacts that require attention ie,fuses etc?...will give it a try when the battery is charged.
