Concept Corvette
I was at the Chicago Auto Show yesterday. The hit of the show for me was the concept Corvette which is supposed to be in a Transformers movie being released later this month. In person, this car is way COOL!! One thing that I really liked was the fact that it has a split rear window, though not the 63 version. Spelled out on the back of the car in silver letters is "STINGRAY" It is very futuristic and has a lot of angles, but I still really liked it. Understand, I saw the C6 for the first time at the auto show some years ago and didn't care for it at all.
Along with a new Camaro, they also have a ZR1 on display there and both are quite impressive, though not my cup of tea.
I'm sure not everyone will agree, but FWIW, I was impressed, very impressed and I am a traditionalist by nature.

Transformers comes out in June. I wish it was this month, I'm in the background in one of the scenes but I'll be out of the country when its released. 
That Stingray is bad ***, but even if its the basis for the C7 the split window will never make it to production.

I had seen the pictures on the web months ago about the movie shoot and I did not like what I saw. I was also at the Chicago auto show last night and thought that car is one bad mo fo.
