Default Stencil marks

I found these on top of the crossmember, just wondering
what LH stands for. Shemp

Right off the bat I would guess it means, Left Hand, but that would indicate that the crossmember has a different orientation somehow. I thought is was the same front to back, side to side. Do you recall if that side of it came off of the driver side? I have looked through all my literature, but can't find anything too clarify. Maybe someone else here has one out of their car and can compare it. Dennis

unfotunately I did not even notice them until after I
powerwashed it, so I don't know which side is which.

Interesting! Seems the unit could be used either side but maybe after some sub-assembly the assembler would mark it identifying Left Hand?
I'll be looking for any markings when we pull our body shortly. See you are making progress

Those marks could possibly be from someone who did prior repairs , like rebuilding the rear, or gear change.

I'm getting there, waiting for the rear and ta's from Bair's hope
they get to me in better shape than they did to Bair's. I got
the underneath as clean as I'm going to. It is tough to grt in
all the small spaces. Got the frame and wheelwells painted.
I'm getting all the parts and fasteners together to start putting
it back together. Shemp
