61 door panel replacement
Has anyone put new door panels on and reused their upper metal supports?
I removed the rusty metal support yesterday and it was held onto the panel with staples.
Can I just glue it on or should I use staples? If I should use staples can anyone tell me how they did it?

I have moved my original upper metal pieces to three sets of door panels.
I used gorilla snot, and aluminum pop rivets. You need a small thin washer on the back of the fiber board for the pop rivet to cinch to.
