I don't believe there is value in that windshield, but given the propensity for people to buy old, used parts with "patina" and install them on a car in order to fabricate a survivor, I'd say someone out there would want it, but is it really worth the hassle?

When I purchased my project and started the rebuild, I too did not think my old front and rear glass had any value as the rear had grinder marks on both sides and the front looked like it was sand blasted from years of use. Since I was selling off many other parts at a swap meet, I decided to take the glass, placed a sign for Best Offer and sure enough sold in the first hour for $250.00 for both. I guess all parts have some value to others.
