Ouch. How did you pick my car out of that crowd of C1s? Must be your CIA skills. Those are my grown kids dinasour towels. Perfect for keeping my newly rebuilt seats cool(er) on an 85 degree day. Also my car at the head of the line for the morning caravan. I'm restoring the interior to the original red to match the Roman Red exterior.

Nice collection of cars. Thanks for posting.
I'm especially fond of the F.I. cars and it certianly looked like there was quite a few there. I'd like to know/see more on that '65 (?) fuelly with the vortech charger on it!
Looked like a fun day!

Reason: spellin'
The 65 fuelie is a work of engineering. Signed by Guldstrand it's really unique and I'll contact the owner to get more info. There were lots of fuelies there and they were all driven...even in the heat.
WOW. That's great. 40 C1s in the same place at the same time, and most of them driven. Too bad that Northern CA cannot get its act together enough to form a SACC chapter.

I live in Orlando so I completely understand - carpet in a convertible can fade in one summer of occasional driving with the top down (mine did!). At least the towels on both seats matched. I believe that's the largest collection of C1's I've seen at one event....

The event took place in Cerritos. Great technical presentations on tires and wheels. Tne caravan down was fun. We picked up C1s from Ventura, Thousand Oaks/Agoura and the San Fernando Valley on the way down. One of our members was kind enough to host the event at his "warehouse". Every time I see his cars my head goes into a high speed wobble.
