Doing over my entire Dash area, Radio Rebuild, New Radio Speaker, Cluster Refurbish, Light Bulbs Etc.. My Clock looks very poor. I'd like some recommendations for a rebuilder. Anyone have a Driver Quality they will sell me? Thanks, Al W.
Al, I send mine to Corvette Clocks by Roger. That is when I am having everything else repaired and re-silkscreened. It all goes in one box. They come back spot on. You can buy the outer bezel and I can help you in getting yours working again, and it really isn't that hard but is a bit tedious when staking the studs that secure the outer bezel to the clock housing. I am not at work right now and would have to check if the needle and face of the clock are replaceable. Also remember that if the original type of clock is reatored and not replaced with a quartz movement, It will require occasional re-setting of the time and service in the future due to its design. I myself like the clicking sound that it makes but the quartz movement design does not make any noise but does keep correct time, or at least those that I have installed and gotten feedback from my customers.

got a clock rebuilt by him and 2 years later with less then 1000 miles on the car the clock had to be rebuilt by someone else because it not work correctly. and it was quartz
I like the clicking sound also. Years back we used to just open them up, clean the points and they would run for a year or so. Today when we put our cars in the garage we use the Battery Switch to shut off everything, even the clock. So, they last much longer after being cleaned up without the Quartz. Still trying to figure this out. Al W.
What might the price be for a rebuild from Roger?
My clock works when a pull a Fonzi and smack the top of the dash when the car is running. Maybe i just need to clean it out, gotta get in that dash.

A good friend and myself have both used Bill for both our Clocks and our complete Cluster restorations, and to be honest, we could not be happier. Check out my results here....I'll soon be posting all of it re-installed.
Excellent work, and Quality, with clocks either Quartz or original mechanical movements (your choice) and prices are competitive, in my opinion. Personally I too like the sound of the mechanical.....
