Default C1 Softtop bow spread dimensions needed

I am in the process of restoring my softtop frame and installing a new Al Knoch white top to my 59 Vette. I seem to remember that sometime ago someone posted a diagram showing the bow spread dimensions prior to attaching the pads. Does anyone have this they could share with me?

Thanks in advance.

Mark

Mark,

I don't remember the dimensions, but if you are installing a AK top, he has marked the location of the bows on the top pads since forever. If nobody else responds, I will go out and measure mine this evening.

That would be quite helpful for me.

I would think, from the middle of the top, distance from center of rear bow to center of each succeeding bow, and from front of header bow to middle of rear bow for a confirmation reading.

Thanks,
Doug

Al Knoch, as John mentioned, puts pencil marks on the top pads exacrly where the bows are to be placed. Open up the pad covering and you will see lines. Take an awl and make holes for screws.
