Don't think any of the IRS cars had them. My 66 didn't, my 62 does. never seen them 63 and up. (maybe the drum brake cars are different) Cheers, Rob

Don’t know about 64, but here is a diagram I got with my ground strap kit for my 67 w/o side exhaust. Should be similar.
