Roller Rockers for a 67 BB
Can roller rocker arms be installed in a 427 engine with standard valve covers (without drippers)? Or do I need taller valve covers? Thanks in advance for any information.

I have them on mine, but in order for them to clear the valve cover without using a double gasket, I had a friend that has a lathe take about 1/8 of the top of the adjusting nuts for 4 on each side. BTW, I have the metal chromed low valve covers with oil drippers.

I have roller rockers on mine with older Trans Adapt chrome valve covers that mimic factory valve covers w/o drippers. I did run a thicker valve cover gasket just in case but I don't think it's necessry.
