Default fuel pump ID

Ok, so the alt bracket was for a MUSTANG . aaaarrrrggghh
How about an ID on this fuel pump I found in the box . It has "made in the USA" in raised letters aroung the ring part and R5621021 or maybe the last number is an I , stamped on the actuator arm .
Any ideas ?

D = 1970 - 1979
5 = 1975
Z = Mustang
E = ? location where part originates ? (been too long, I've forgotten now)
