There may be a triangular brass-colored tag attached to one of the screws on the upper carb. This tag would have numbers embossed in it which serve to identify it's use.

Note: That web site is not a comprehensive listing of Rochester carbs, it appears to be focused on Chevy applications and is, for example, missing the 7007221 carb used on my 1956 Oldsmobile.

If I remember correctly, the 4th digit denotes the model year that the carb was used on. Yours is a "9", denoting 1959. You say that the manifold is a 1958-61, so the 1959 makes sense. There must be a chart somewhere on the web that will decipher the "014" and tell you what the original application of the carb was, but where to find it, I don't know. One thing I do know, is that Rochester 4 jet (4G, 4GC, and 4GV) carbs were NEVER used on Corvettes. They were however used on the rest of the Chevrolet line and all other 4 divisions of GM.
