Neither of those numbers show up in my Corvette or GM books. Its not to say that the numbers that are in the book havent been superseded at some time after the books were printed.

Have you googled it yet?

I found the number in a "Chevrolet Dealer Parts & Accessories Price Schedule" dated 1-1-93. The codes in the guide indicate that it was used by Buick, Olds, Pontiac & maybe GMC truck.

The Parts & Accessories Price Schedule was a book that GM use to print (back when they still printed parts books, etc.) that listed parts in numerical order and included the group number, a code for the GM division using the part, warehousing and return information for the part and its list, trade and dealer price. There was no description and application info beyond the GM division that used it. I only have Corvette, full line Chevrolet and some Camaro parts books in my collection, so I can't identify it further for you. Sorry.

By the way, that part cost the dealer $4.17 and retailed for $6.95 in 1991.
