55 Corvette copper...
I have a 55 that's been sitting in the barn for about 20 years. Is there a place I can find out how many were produced (of that color) and how many may still be around. This one is in rough shape... but the work has started. :jester

No paint records exist for those years, but it is said to be the rarest of the 55 colors. They only made 700 cars in 55 to begin with. Chuck

I spoke to a guy with a Copper '55 at the Historic Car Club of PA show last fall at Delaware County Community College. He thought somewhere between 20 and 50 were produced, but agreed there were no definitive records. HCCP has a website; spokenwheel.com. Perhaps they'd be kind enough to check the entry list from that show and give you his name if you wanted to get in touch.
