how can you get the number of the ncrs chapter in california. I tried to look up ncrs general info on webb and called some person in ohio i think and he thought i was nuts asking info on someone to possibly for a fee look at car with me while i was in calif. He said only one person for ncrs would do that. And he was in pa.but for a large fee would fly anywhere in the world. I thought maybe someone in the area of the car could look for me thats more qualified. I put money to hold but only for so long. any ideas.

Sounds like you didn't find this web site?
http://www.ncrs.org/contact.php#Chapter%20Contacts

3 different contacts in California for the 3 different chapters. Perhaps one of them can hook you up.
