Default pcv fitting

I just finished putting back on the original intake/carb on my 63' 250HP. I was dealing with the original parts from box sealed up 20yrs ago.

I'm stumped on the PCV. Is it supposed to come strait out of the WCFB or is there a 90 degree fitting?

Based on Noland Adams book, you have a 90 degree fitting from the back of the carb. Dennis

hi, thanks for checking. the zip catalog shows a 90 degree fitting, its just that when I pulled the carb out of the box it was stored in the PCV was screwed directly into the base. I also cannot seem to find the angle fitting.

its a good thing my father kept all the parts, unfortunately its been quite a while since i've seen it all origional.

Paragon shows this goes into the carb
http://www.corvette-paragon.com/p-34...r-fitting.aspx

And then this goes into that fitting
http://www.corvette-paragon.com/p-35...t-fitting.aspx

And then the PCV goes into that.
