Average C2 body height?

Now I have to figure out how to do it without killing myself. I know the procedure , but knowing and doing is not the same. Fortunately the bolts are newish and not rusted. Any hints would be appreciated. Would this be a good time to put polly bushings in, or leave the rubber ones? Does it matter in this case?

Just looked up Kit . Is it the 8" bolts kit with poly that will allow me to lower rear?
