I just read that the GR2s are for use with the single poly rear spring while the regular KYBs are for the stock multi-leaf metal springs. Has anyone heard this?? I'm just trying to get a stock riding shock and am getting more confused by the minute...................
Jim, I've got the original springs and Micheln Symmetry radials, 215/70-15 on the car with the GR-2's and it rides nice, smoother than my C6...but like anything else, everybodys car is different in some way or another, so it comes down to choice.

I have the Gas-a-just shocks all around on my '62 and they are ALMOST too stiff. Would rather have something a little softer, but too cheap to experiment. Bob
