Hi folks, I'm going to have my alternator rebuilt and restored by Ken Bruno in New York, it is a delco remy my question what color is the fan blades supposed to be, black, cad, silver, I've seen so many that are different I want it to look like the original did back in 67. Any pics of one would be appreciated, the motor is a L-79 327-350 HP non air car thank you Ditch.

if the restore doesn't know how to make it pass NCRS judging are you sure you can trust him. rebuilding a alt is easy and can be done in a couple of hours. but to know how to make it 100% correct is a skill. so think twice before you send it out. my 2 cents. and for the record I think its cad. they vary by amp ratting
