After replacing the fuse on my '63, the clock started working! (So did the radio, but that is another issue). The problem is that the clock runs fast - it gains about 35 seconds per hour, almost 15 minutes per day. I have not pulled it out to see if there is an adjustment on the back. Before I do, does anyone know? Or should I just consider myself lucky that the thing ticks at all?
Thanks in advance for your help/advice.
Jon

Jon,
Bill has given you good advice but he hasn't explained why it's good advice.
The '63 clock mechanism is built such that if it runs fast and you turn the time back, it will self-adjust to run a little slower. The opposite is also true..... if it runs slowly and you run the time forward the mechanism will sense this and self-adjust to run a little faster.
So, for now just reset the time to the correct value and see if the clock slows itself down by the proper amount. If not, repeat the process until it does.
Thanks for the explanation! That makes sense but sounds much more advanced than I gave that little clock credit for! I will try it and post the results in a few days.
