Are C-1 Dashpads Date coded?

Are C-1 Dashpads Date coded?
Just wondering if they are....when Scott at Phoenix Resto. took mine apart....it sure looks like a date code...

same imprint on my 61
My original 61 dash had a similar imprint....I'll see if I can dig it up and post it
My dash is imprinted with ................... AY 6 61
Can't remember which end, dash or sissy bar but it was along the bottom edge.
