You may want to make sure yours is original before going to the trouble having it rebuilt. Rebuilt is costly but great if you have the original antenna, otherwise the replacements you can buy at Paragon etc are much cheaper and work fine. I pulled mine out thinking I would have it rebuilt but then noticed it was not our of a Corvette (of any year) so it went in the trash and I bought a replacement from Paragon.
