Well the powers to be decided my posting regarding the veterans needs for donations was out of line. So unfortunately I can't tell all of you about it any longer. Thanks to those who showed support for these fine people. As for me I plan to continue on as reported and don't plan to renew my subscription here.
I can see the point of not allowing commercial promotions, or even charitable promotions. If they were allowed then the forum could be over run with them. However, I think this is different because a forum member is donating his car for the raffle. We post all kinds of things about our cars, why shouldn't we be allowed to post about giving one away for a good cause?
As for me, I'll look for the raffle and I will buy tickets. My hat is off to you Craig.

All the best
Craig,
THAT'S TOTAL !! What kind of Mickey Mouse reason did they give?? What in the HELL has this site become when someone is not allowed to post about a fundraiser for a Veterans organization?? Hopefully someone with a little class and common sense will intervene. If the CF can't support a cause to help out those that fight for our freedom who the hell can they support?? Craig the NCRS forum will back you and your raffle 100%!!
Thanks for what you are doing,
Shooter
The "Mickey Mouse" reason given was this. We are not allowed to promote raffles on this forum per the legal team at Internet Brands the owner of Corvetteforum.com. I explained this in detail to the OP last night in several PM exchanges. Thier forum their rules. If any of you would like to take it up with them feel free their contact info is listed on the main page.
