Yes, ive adjusted the idle / fast idle screw to the point of exhaustion, i wish that was the problem.

Idle screw is on the driver's side, fast idle is on the passenger side, they're not the same.

If you can keep it running by holding the throttle open, then you should be able to screw the idle screw in enough to keep it running.

Well i had a buddy come over and help me out, he got it running and set everything up nicely. I was close but couldnt get it on my own. Thanks for all your help, it was a good learning experience.
