Default Need a carb source

I have a 66 coupe that I have just discovered has the wrong carb on it. I have a 427-390 and it has a 3367 carb for a smallblock on it. Looking for a source for a r3370 carb if you can help. Thanks You.

That is a tough Holley carb to find. Try provette67@aol.com (Pancho).

Might take awhile to find what you need if your after a correct date coded carb. Here is a recent thread http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c1-a...rb-advice.html
As mentioned in it Eric Jackson does restoration (did my 3X2 set up) so you might want to do some searches and contact some folks to see if you can drum up any leads. The worst they can say is "no!" And there is always ebay to monitor!
Good luck,

Yes, you can buy them new, but not from Holley. A company in Alabama has an exclusive contract with Holley for them. Holley makes them from their original tooling and they're pretty nice. Most of the Vette vendors carry them. I don't think they have a date stamp on them.

Original 3370s are one of the rarest and hardest to find Corvette carbs .

Holley used a 3-digit date code format (year/month/week) until 1973, when they changed to the 4-digit Julian format (day of the year/year); the 2647 date code is for the 264th day of 1977 or 87 (a Service replacement).

Still searching for a 3370 dated 62_. I bought one and paid for it $1400.00 from a reputable (I thought) company but have yet to receive it, been about 2 months so far. I keep getting different stories. I will try to get a refund and start over. Thanks for any more help you can provide.

File a dispute with your credit card company (if you used a credit card); write a complaint to the Better Business Bureau of the state the carb company operates out of. I had to do this for some really sucky rechroming work and it took 3 months to get a refund but it finally worked...
