Default 63 SWC update

Took my first drive around the block today!

Engine start up went fine. I did replace my carb (non org btw) with a Holley. No leaks, good oil pressure, etc. I need to replace a brake wheel cylinder on the front passengers side, but should be pretty straight forward.

I did notice a grinding in the rear end. Can't tell if it is shaft, U joint or rear end yet.

I had a stupid smile on my face as I went down the street... I think this car is going to be a fun project.

I still have a stupid grin on my face and that is 3 1/2 years since I bought mine. Great stuff.

Congratulations, it's a whole different world from your C6, isn't it?

Jeff, completely different deal. The C6 is a solid car, but this is "special". Thanks.

I understand completely. My 07 is a far better car from a transportation standpoint, but my 65 has a lot more "soul" while making all the right gutteral rumbles that can only come out of the side of factory side pipes.
