If I order a LS2 from a 06 GTO what do I ask for ? Engine,computer,harness,Transmission.

Yes to all you mentioned plus try to get the exhaust manifolds, oxygen sensors, complete air intake with sensors, drive by wire setup with pedal and sensor(s), and all the accessories like a/c, p/s, alt.

The drive by wire is very important. You MUST get the pedal as stated in the post above.

Installing one of those will be a big project, you might want to use one of these - it is a lot easier...
