Exalibur Carnauba based wax.Do they sell it in the US?
I have always used Exalibur wax on my car bit now it looks like it is not in the stores anymore here in Norway.
The reason i like that wax so good is because of the wax was based on the carnauba tree.
Do they sell it in the US? If so can anybody buy me a couple of boxes and send it to me? I will of course transfer money for the wax and shipping.

Do a google. If you can't find it on the net? It's not available anymore.
If you need a good hard carnuba? IMHO,use meguires hard paste NON cleaner, carnuba wax.
I prefer Zymol waxes. They aren't as durable in harsh climates. But they sure do shine!

There are several all hard-carnuba waxes on the market. I still have half a jar of Blue Coral, in the old blue glass jar. Gad that stuff takes elbow grease to use.
I hadn't seen the Excalibur in years, I had a big tin that I finally used up a few years ago, it lasted a LONG time.
I would suggest searching for other all carnuba wax brands.
Good luck,
Doug

As an aside, do waxes do any good on clear coat cars, or does it just make the water bead up, and make it easier to wash?

I will try Meguiars carnauba wax. If it does not have carnauba that wax i dont bother trying
kerrmudgeon it does give the car a shine and look like its newly painted. It also does the the car easyer to wash and its very easy to dry the car

Yes, there is a reason I still have half a jar of Blue Coral that I bought in 1973!
This has to be the stuff that 'Wax on, wax off" was used as a way to build endurance and muscle mass.
Hell, you don't need to join the gym for a workout and pay $39/mo for membership, just wax your car(s) twice a week with Blue Coral, by hand, and you will get the same workout for free!

I still have Classic Car Wax made from the Carnouba tree that I bought in the '80's, is there any opinion about what happened as this was the superior product then? Remember I did a Rip Van Winkle thing as my last Vette was a 1980 purchased new then........ kind of in suspended animation now trying to get up to date.
