Default Mid-year colors?

Is there a website that shows the colors that were available for 65-67 Corvettes? I've looked but haven't found anything yet that displays the colors even close to what I know some of them are. Maybe it's my computer monitor, I don't know.

Thanks!

Click on the year you're interested in, and see the various options/combinations for the year . . . .

http://www.corvetteactioncenter.com/specs/

After clicking the year, click on "Production and Performance" . . . . .

Thanks guys. I have the color names and production numbers from the Black Book. What I'm looking for are actual sample color chips, especially the 3 blue colors for '67.

Take care,

The site I referenced above has a color chip chart for 1966, that's the only year I'm aware of. Don't put too much faith in the accuracy of color rendering on a computer monitor.

Thanks guys. Got 'em bookmarked.

Ron, I think you're right about how the colors render on a computer monitor. I was trying to compare 1966 Trophy Blue with 1967 Elkhart Blue. They look the same to me on my computer. Maybe I should try to look at them on a CRT instead of a flatscreen.

Take care,
-- Steve

It won't matter what type of screen you're using unless you have a color corrected monitor, something not a lot of day to day users have. They're used primarily by those in the businesses where accurate color depiction is required, usually set up using color correction software.

For most folks, colors "as delivered" are close enough, for those in the photo and similar businesses a color corrected monitor is an absolute necessity.
