Default Lizard Skin

Has anyone used Lizard Skin on a Corvette coupe? Is it best to spray it on the inside, outside or both for happy driving in the desert? I appreciate all the help.

I would not use that prodect on any Corvette there is better heat barries out there

I used it on my hot rod project. Sprayed it underneath and used Dynamat on the inside. Very cool and quiet inside my car. So far I'm very impressed with the lizard skin product and would like to know what's better out there.

Bill Dawson at Corvette Correction uses Lizard Skin inside and underneath all the cars he builds. He uses both the sound control spray and the ceramic heat barrier, one sprayed over the other. He is happy with the product. I intend to use the same combo on my never ending retrofit project also.... I purchased the stuff over a year ago... Hopefully it won't go bad in the can before I get to that stage...

I used the sound control and the heat barrier lizard skin on the inside. I also used dynamat on top of that then carpet on my restomod. So far have been real happy with it.

I used lizard skin on my cj7 jeep floor. Then i sprayed body color paint over it.I did notice several thin coats work better than one thick coat. I had some places crack were i put it on too thick.

I just did a vehicle using the home brew version of lizard skin containing 3M Glass Micro Bubbles. It turned out as nice as the Lizard Skin I have shot in the past but only cost about 6 bucks a gallon total.

Riding in the car without any Dynamat or carpet you can already hear and feel a difference.
