Default Light problems

I recently replaced my dash wiring harness for my 67 roadster BB and since then I've encountered all sorts of problems.

Currently I have my front lights, turn signals, emergency lamps and back up lights that work. My rear lights, brake lights and dash cluster do not work.
Checked some of the wiring hook ups and seem to be ok.

Someone had mentioned to check for grounds. As I am not technically enclined, where would the grounds be located and how many are there.
Would the problem be related to strickly under the dash area or other areas of the car.

Also, is there anything else I could look at that is causing this.

Thanks to everyone...

The cluster is grounded by a 14-ga. black wire from the harness with a single black plastic female connector on it that plugs onto a spade terminal screwed to the back of the cluster, just above the tachometer. DO NOT confuse that with the 14-ga. brown wire with the same kind of connector on it - that wire is HOT any time the key is on, and connects to the radio capacitor mounted adjacent to the ignition switch.

Everything from the firewall back is grounded by one black wire that comes out of the radio connector with a ring terminal on it; that attaches to a hole in the bottom of the instrument panel reinforcement channel a couple of inches to the left of the radio.

Make sure you have a good connection at the multiple connector that joins the dash harness to the main body harness above the kickpad; that connector has the black ground wire in it for all the rear lights.
