Does anyone have a pic of how the back of the clock is secured in its housing on a '64. Mine is missing some parts, I think, and the pieces that I purchased don't appear to be enough.

See UPC 12, sheet B5.00 in your assembly manual - it shows how the spring clips are installed. The housing was originally riveted to the instrument panel - that's in UPC 1, sheet A9.00.
That little tab sticking out in the 6 o'clock position of the round part of the bracket in the upper picture is where the radio/heater control **** lamp clips on.

Yep, and the tabs at 8 and 4 are for the 2 additional lamps for a factory A/C car.
