Are there torque specs for the steering tie rod ends and the steering box frame mount bolts? I looked in the assemmbly manual and those were two I could not find. If they are in there what page # ?

Try this table it's a fairly good guide when you have no other data
Grade 2 rubbish bolts, Grade 5 Med Tensile & Grade8 HTen.
The lower number suffix on each bolt size is UNC, Higher number UNF

I put a torque chart that you can save and print linked from the help section that is near the bottom of my web page at http://home.mchsi.com/~magicv8
Which I don't have. I just have the assembly manual. Shemp
Which I THINK (without checking) that it's also in. As well as there, I've got torques scattered about in various repair manuals that I own. Still, it's really nice to be able to print out a copy such as MagicV8's and take to the shop, get your greasy hands all over it, an print another when you need.
