Anybody have the old GM book that had the converson from the 4 digit code on the locks to the 5 digit setting on the gun that makes the keys. I have the locks out and the blanks and the local chevy dealer has the gun but no one can find the book. The locksmith wants too much to take it apart and the last one I had done never fit the door again, I don't want to take it apart.
