Going left to right on top:
Two timing advance lights, vacuum adapters for the vacuum gauge and the hoses are for the cylinder leakage tester.
On bottom left to right:
The long probe with the 90 degree tip is used with a jumper leak to gound the spark plug wires, the tubes in the plastic bag is for bleeding a master cylinder, I think the red wheel was used on the distributor in conjunction with the cylinder leakage tester, the next two hoses look like they belong to a compression tester.
On the bottom row that is a starter button on the left and an HEI distributor adapter.
You are missing the rest of the cables to hook the scope up. You have no coil hook up, primary hook up, battery, tachometer or number 1 trigger.

You didn't show them in your pic.
The chrome inductive clip goes aroung the coil wire and the red lead onto the negative side of the coil and the black lead to engine ground.
The red inductive clip is for number 1 cylinder. The other red and black lead should be battery positive and negative.

This thread is responsible for me buying an old Heathkit CO-1015 ignition scope. Now I've got to figure out what it's trying to tell me. Already I'm stumped.
Here is a screen shot I made this afternoon. Note the extra squiggles (technical term) indicated by the red arrow. What are they telling me? I can't find anything similar in any of the on-line searches nor in my manuals.
My ears tell me the engine idles well and my Seat-Of-The-Pants-O-Meter says it pulls strong. Yet, something is clearly amiss. My primitive intuition is that something makes the spark end prematurely and that accounts for the Voltage rise. That's all I've got, though.
Any ideas? Joe? Anyone?
Jim
