Radiator support ?

I need to make a couple of the rubber donuts that fit into the bottom rad support on my '64. The ID/OD I can figure out, but can't remember(oldtimer's disease) about how thick they are.

I know, it's easy to pick up the phone and buy a pair, but I don't want to pay the $10 shipping for a couple bucks in grommets that I can easily make..

If I remember, big if, they are about the same as the depth of the hole they fit into, approx. 1/2"

Thanks Jim. I think they could be a bit thicker. The cup that they sit in is about 1/2" deep and I'm thinking we don't want the bottom of the rad touching those two lower mounts. Maybe I'll just fool with it until it looks good and let it go at that.

Sounds like a lot of work not to spend 10 bucks to get the right parts... JMO..
