Default Holley Carb Question

I'm trying to determine more details on the Holley Carb sitting on top of my 327 ci, 1966 Coupe. I tried the Holley web site to locate model numbers and carb info, but think I'm more confused and was not able to type in my numbers and figure out my Holley.

Numbers 12R-10658B

I see a stamped number 3321 stamped on the primaries

Front, driver's side shows R84021-1 with what I think is a date code of 1614 (not sure how to interpret this date)

Have attached a couple of photos. Would appreciate any information that you can help with - thank you in advance.

I'm not an expert at decoding Holley carb stamping but I had done some investigating on mine a while back. From some of the data I collected, it looks like the carburetor number R84021-1 is a model 4011 - which is a 650 CFM. The first three digits of a four digit date code represent the day of the year, the fourth digit is the year. So, the 1614, translates to June of 74, 84, 94 etc. I believe the four digit date code was first used in 1973. Maybe some one else can be more definitive.

While these carbs have been discontinued by Holley due to lack of sales of this style carb(all aluminum body, top lifts off, annular boosters)there is nothing wrong with it. If it is in good mechanical condition use it, rebuild it if neccessary, parts and kits are still available. Just because it is listed as a marine carb doesn't mean it won't work just fine on the road, just means it has specific bowl vent mods to prevent fume build up in a boat bilge area. I've used a couple of marine Holley Spreadbores on the road and they work just fine.

Thanks all, it works very well! i have it on a 396 with 402 heads, hooker headers, i bought a 72 chevy 4wd, 6" lift, 35" tires, just wanted to know what the carb was. May pull this motor and put it in my 59 volkswagen hot rod build?

Not sure I'll get it completely nailed down to the nat's but 650 CFM is confirmed (model 4011). Julian Date of 161 is confirmed to be June 10.

1614 could be any of those you mentioned: 1974, 1984, 1994, 2004.

Thank you very much for your help on this.
