Ive been doing a lot of custom fiberglass work on my project and one of the things Ive been thinking of is a set of sidepipe covers that are body color and molded right into the body. I like the porportions of the originals but dont have a set to copy. Can someone provide me with a couple of measurements? I would like to know the height of the cover from the bottom of the curve to the top of the mounting area. I also need to know how far the cover sticks out, from the back of the mounting area to the high point of the curve. And finally, what is the radius of the curve? Thanks
Thanks! Looking at the first picture, what is the distance from the where the body starts to round away from the flat mounting area to where you had the measuring tape. This is where I need to take my measurements from. Any idea what the radius of the cover is?
Vertically, the flat mounting area is 1-9/16" tall. The rounded section is 4" from top to bottom.

Edit: Here is another thousand:
I traced as best I could around the fattest part of the side pipe cover at the front. Looks to be about a 10" radius. Best I can do without pulling it off the car.
