Default DeWitts arrives

Greetings, I ordered a DeWitts radiator, radiator hoses, heater hoses, overflow hose, overflow tank, radiator cap and temperature sending unit.
Next up is the correct clamps for all the hoses. Also a fan shroud, as mine has been reworked on its way to me.
I will probably wait until hot summer to change stuff though. I just finished doing the brakes and was that ever fun. I put all new wheel cylinders, brake pads, brake springs and some new metal lines to the wheel cylinders. Had the master cylinder rebuilt by White Post Restoration. I just want to drive the car before working on it more, warm weather needed.
Just though I'd say Hi
Gary

You could always trailer it to Texas or Florida. Otherwise it looks like skiing is in your near future.

I would love to spend two weeks in PK City during winter.

Your car is going to wear out before ours here in the snow belt. Come to think of it, we're expecting two feet or so of snow this weekend.

In the Northeast we have had more than 50 inches of snow so far this winter which is about 5 times our average. Freezing rain, Ice and more snow on the way. Just got back from skiing in Co. and their base was less than that.

Best to hunker down in the garage and keep busy with those winter projects. At least I'm getting alot done. Pilot Dan

Yes I think you should drive your car more. A few pictures from my visit, I had my car out yesterday for a few hours before the snow hit.

I love doing donuts in the snow

I have been thinking of trailing the Sting Ray to our place in St. George Ut. to drive around when we are there. Weather is high 50's to low 60's and no snow or salt on the roads. Gee, what am I still doing here in all the snow?
