From: fairfield/ fort myers connecticut/ fla.
wires
while removing the interior from my 66 conv., under the sill plate and under the wiring cover, found a stripped green and a stripped purple wire coming from the front and exiting half way back thru the cover.
it then routes under the carpet and ends along side the console.
the wires are black taped together.
Does anyone know if these are a result of a once after market item or do they need to be connected somewhere?
The power ant. and power windows both work.
reverse lights do not.
the fact that the wires run to the front have me baffled.
