If I remember correctly (it's been awhile) the bezel is held onto the face by studs that are peened or mushroomed to hold it. There are three or four. The best way I know is to use a small grinder to grind off the tops of those studs to remove the bezel and glass. To put it back together, get some very small self-tapping screws and drill the studs so you can put the screws in to hold everything together. It's a delicate operation. If you're not comfortable with it, take it to someone with experience.
