Default Carb Identification

I know this picture stinks, but can anyone tell me what carb this is? I can't really make out the numbers and am not familiar enough to take a guess. This is the best picture I have.

Color-in the List number so it can be seen better; then we'd have a chance at identifying it.

Thanks!!!!!! This is a picture taken from a video of the carb coming off my 67 when it was restored in 1994. I don't have the carb, just the video of it coming off.

Everything else on this engine was original. Why do you think someone would have taken off the original carb and put this one on? Performance better then the 3810 or did the 3810 just stop working (the car had 74k original miles on it when it was restored in 1994).

Performance, maybe, or like you said, it just crapped out and someone flipped it. Who knows. Even though almost any Holley can be rebuilt?????
