A few months back someone had pictures and a description of their restoration of C2 side exhaust pipes. I have done the search and went back to page 29 on this forum and could not find it. Would you please repost so I can copy your fine work?

I noticed that no one mentioned the sound (a.k.a. 'loudness') difference if the car was a convertible or coupe. The 'sound' Inside either a coupe or a convertible with the top up is much noisier than in a convertible with the top down. My experience with my '67 300/327 is that with the top down on my convertible the 'sound' doesn't resonate inside like it does with the top up. . At any rate, there are just some(most?) of us that believe that all mid-year cars just ain't right without side pipes. Somehow, I simply can't imagine my brother's '67 L71 without them. ...Jut sayin.
