what color should the rims be painted if I am using the original hubcaps?

The dash is a dull blue.
should the tele. wheel lock be chrome or black, I have both!
Is there a required color for the thin area between the painted console base and the chrome border, this is the recess that is about 1/16" wide and travels the perimeter of the console.

the area of the console you speak of is the color of the console. in your case it should be blue the same color as the dash

The outer face of the wheels should be gloss black; the rest of the wheel should be semi-gloss black.

The blue in question is the blue that is between the dash pads, can someone tell me what to use?
