I believe you have one of the P&S blocks.

I have some photos of literature on them but it is saved as a .BMP file and I can't convert it to a JPEG file. If someone can tell me how to convert from BMP to JPEG, I will post pics.

My 911 case is magnesium. Once you add horsepower you have to do a fair amount of work to stabilize the case.

BTW - A normal fire extinguisher will not put out a magnesium fire. I've seen a few burned 911s

And this is that very block Clem..................small bore sleeves for 255 cubic inch max for stock block engines at Indy in 1963. Mickey's son Danny told me the car qualified but due to oil and water leaks, Mickey asked USAC if he could switch to the GM aluminum block. USAC agreed and the car completed all 200 laps with the aluminum block, finishing in 9th place.

I have one.
big block Chevy P&S cast into the front right on the block. I believe it’s magnesium. I could be wrong but I’m seeing it’s extremely rare.
