Default 67 Door panel screw

Can someone give me a measurement from the top rear corner of the door panel to where the screw goes. I looked in the assem. man.
and didn't see it. The JG just says approx. 1/3 way down. I just want to get it right. Thanks Shemp

Default Here you go..........

OK, just went out to the garage and measured mine - on a '67 convertible, original door panel.

It's a little hard to determine exactly where to measure from as being the "top rear corner of the door panel", so I went straight down, from the top of the chrome molding strip on the top of the door panel, to the center of the Phillips screw - which is in place on my car.

That dimension is 5 1/8 inches on my car.

Hopefully that is the measurement you are looking for!

That will work. Thanks Shemp

Is there evidence of the original hole in the door?

On mine, for the measurement I gave him, the original screw goes through the original door panel into the original hole in the door....

I'm the 2nd owner, have had it for the past 40 years!
