Some of what I learned that is not included in the first thread is the paint I used.
Not to glossy not to flat... Just my opinion..
I ended up prior to the paint sand blasting everything for the top frame these are the paints that I used to get it to what I could see is the correct sheen.
First things first, I adjusted the windows to the hardtop and then I adjusted the soft top frame to the windows. It's not perfect but it's a lot better than before.
The rear straps were installed first and then the pads were installed..
Next we stapled the front of the top temporarily.
Then the sides to set the bottom corners
Getting closer
Then stapling all of the front of the car and it looks like this is to short..
Then the only issue I could find but it looks like it was manufactured this way..
Very nice work! Where were you when I had a pro install mine (3 times ) over 10 months! I take it you have had some experience doing this, right? Again, nice work and good choice in color contrasting with white!

Well I can't take the credit for this little project.. I did all of the prep work but I did pay for a guy to install it. He did do it here at the house and I took a lot of pictures besides the ones I posted and I asked lots of questions. I'm pretty sure that I could do one now though. It's really not that hard if you follow a couple of simple steps. Now with that being said as the pics show that the right rear side is not tight.
Wish I could take the credit for it but it's not unlike a lot of projects that get done... Once you see it done or do it once yourself it's not that hard.
