Not exactly you will need to get the correct two or three groove pulley and then remove the bolts and change out the pulley you have. I don't think that you can just add on a one groove pulley...
I'm gathering parts, information, and courage to add power steering to my 63 with NOM.
Simple question: Is installing the extra crank pulley as simple as removing the three bolts and stacking the new one in front of the present one?

Yes, it is. That's how the system was designed, and how it was done at the factory. All of the usual suppliers have the "add-on" pulley to drive the power steering pump.
